The Substation Measurements Tool enables user to review any substations having attached measurements, display the measurements attached, and estimate resulting feeder measurements.
Time Points for Measurements:
All Time Points - considers substations having measurements attached for any time point.
Only Time Points Selected for Analysis - considers only substations with measurements attached at time selected for analysis.
[View Substations w/ Measurements] - opens the Substations with Measurements dialog, which lists applicable substations, pans drawing view and displays measurements attached to selected item.
Select Substations ... by Local Name - list box enables user to select substations for processing feeder measurement estimations.
Estimate Feeder Measurements:
[Execute] - executes the feeder measurement estimation tool, which uses attached substation measurements to estimate applicable values for each supplied feeder circuit.
