The central source for each electrical network in a DEW model is the substation component, which attaches to one or more circuits supplying all other components. No other component can be added to the DEW model that does not have a trace path back to a source substation.
The Substation dialog contains only common fields and commands, which have been described in the General Dialog details. The only variation is that the "Number" field name is used for substations in place of the commonly described UID field.
