Max Phase Moves

[___] - specifies the maximum number of possible phase moves that the application is allowed to perform.

 

Balance Point Switches

[Pick Switches] - opens the Balance Points dialog, which allows user to select any 3-phase switch locations where the application will not perform phase moves that result in an increased imbalance.
 

As shown, reclosers RCL-2 and RCL-3 have been selected to be balance points.

  • Do Not Re-phase Laterals with Under-grounded Components - directs application to eliminate all laterals having any underground component from re-phase consideration, i.e. restricts re-phasing to laterals having only overhead components.  

  • Do Not Re-phase Laterals with Flows Less Than [___] kVa - allows user to specify a minimal kVA value for re-phasing, where any lateral with kVA below the input will not be considered for re-phase.  

  • Do Not Re-phase Laterals with Open-Delta or Open-Wye TR's - directs application to eliminate all laterals having open-delta or open-wye connections from re-phase consideration.

  • Do Not Re-phase 2-ph Grounded Laterals - directs application to eliminate all two-phase and grounded laterals from re-phase consideration.

General functionality for common windows commands and features found on dialogs include:

Display Window - When applicable, this read-only window typically appears just above the command button set and displays descriptive messages related to the last menu selection.

[OK] - Command button to accept current selections as user input and exit dialog.

[Cancel] - Command button that exits dialog and does not incorporate any changes made since last opened.  

[Reset] - Command button that immediately returns all items on the menu to their default settings.

[Help] - Command button that launches Help application.

[About] - Command button that displays version, copyright and proprietary information.
